  It’s not always green there. If you visit in April it’ll still be closed so you peek through the church windows and hike around in a foot of snow. Also there is a local cruising around in a red van trying to chase off tourists, but after 10 kilometers of driving on the terrible snowy road you probably won’t put up with him.

  This is absolutely one of the most beautiful and idyllic places in the Faroe Islands. Very calm. A must see.
