  A lovely home stay in a beautiful bay. A Finn and Selma will make you very welcome. The guest rooms are upstairs with a shared living room and bathroom. There are also tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a lovely view over the bay. Breakfast is downstairs and you’ll probably end up eating with your hosts, but that’s ok because they are lovely! There is lots of choice for breakfast. For evening meals I suggest the restaurant Muntra in nearby Fuglafjørður. There isn’t really anywhere to eat in Syðrugøta. Who knows, you might be invited to join your hosts for a meal, we had whale meat and potatoes! This is a good location for Klaksvík and the northern islands.
