  Vágar has spectacular views , landing in Vágar airport is one of the most epic landings ! The hike to Sørvágsvatn or Leitisvatn lake was amazing . The view of Gásadalur fall is unforgettable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Beautiful place with a powerful charm even in the winter climate. There are beautiful places to hike up to here. I stayed at a little village called Kvivik which is very near to the waters. Vagar is a lovely place to spend time in and I actually prefer it to Torshavn. Having your own vehicle would be a great help though.

  Very beautiful, but Hard-to-reach and harder to afford. Served only by a 2 aircraft Airline. One of the most expensive places I've been: $65 for an excellent ONE coarse meal. $200 a day for the rental car.

  This is one of the most prettiest airport I have seen. The Faroese landscape is a perfect backdrop for this tiny airport....& always remember to take a window seat for the view is breathtaking while landing or take-off
